  My appointment was for 11am, I was seen at 1pm for a measly 10 minutes by Dr Green who had come recommended, but seemed arrogant and bored.
  The lateness was said to be due to an emergency, but if that was the case it has occured well before I arrived, as i was just moved from waiting area to waiting area as people were pumped in and out the door. If I knew there was to be a 2 hour wait I would have done something productive with my time. I was charged full price for a full initial consult for ten minutes of flippant advice. Most people place a lot of importance on their eyes and eye health, and rightly so. It would be wonderful to have that importance reflected back by those you would be entrusting to help.
