    Rented a Pantec truck to move house from the Tweed office - Great staff , very accomodating for my needs, thanks guys, much appreciated during that stressful time... See you next time (hopefully not TOO soon lol)

    I would NEVER use this company again. The shuttle shows up and it's a fight to get on board despite calling to arrange the pick up. Every other company has a clipboard and list of passengers. We waited for three shuttles and even then had to fight to get on. The staff were very unhappy and rude. We were slugged with a $50 fee for sand in the car even though the sign said $29 cleaning fee may be required. Yes there was some sand in the car but otherwise we returned the car in perfect condition. Absolute rip off for bad service!!!
